Answer: Yes! We offer a two-week free trial where we schedule a limited number of qualified candidate interviews so you can experience our service before signing a contract.

Question: How are candidates matched to facilities?

Answer: We use a hands-on screening process to evaluate qualifications, shift availability, soft skills, and culture fit to ensure the right match between candidate and facility.

Question: How do candidates apply to be considered?

Answer: Healthcare professionals can visit our Candidates page to submit their resume and availability. A recruiter will follow up to schedule an initial screening.

Question: What is the MedBridge Staffing Assistance Program?

Answer: Our Staffing Assistance Program is designed to support healthcare facilities facing ongoing staffing shortages or working with new staffing coordinators. We help assist your staffing coordinator with finding coverage for open shifts, and put systems in place for them to be successful.

Question: Do you take over our staffing responsibilities?

Answer: No, we don’t replace your internal team—we partner with them. We act as an extension of your HR or staffing department by managing sourcing, screening, and interview coordination while your team focuses on internal operations.
